i was stuck for a bit on where to go, but i eventually figured it out. what a nice game! the visuals are fantastic, the only thing that left a bit to be desired was the generic sound effects—i feel like they contrast with the striking and new-age-retro visual style a bit. the game also seems to run a little low framerate in browser. but honestly i agree, there is a great concept here and the execution is just as good, i would love to see it as a finished game, i could easily imagine it as a beloved steam indie hidden gem kind of game!

Hey, thanks a lot for the feedback. I know the beginning can feel frustrating when the player doesn't know what to do, but the idea is for them to learn intuitively and realize they succeeded through their own merit. I had many ideas I couldn't quite pull off—like a scalable Colossus, for instance. But yes, I do want to turn this game into a Steam project. I hope to secure funding for it.
