I got the two crowbars in front of the wheel but I'm not sure what to do next
At the moment, they are only decorative. You can press E in front of the wheel and start spinning :D
I’m having the same problem as on the title screen where I can’t spin. What should I be doing with the mouse to spin the wheel?
On the title screen, you can spin the wheel by flicking it. I hope that helps :)
