I only did the Frankie route to begin with (although I'm definitely going back later to try out the others). It's a shame that you didn't manage to get voice acting for him in time, but even without the writing was lovely, heartfelt and really funny! And the voice acting for the main character was really great!
I'm really surprised that was your first ever visual novel, but I'd say you absolutely knocked it out of the park!!! (Although I'm not incredibly experience with VNs, only really danganronpa and ace attorney)
The sequence at the beginning where the text is going to fast that you can barely read it in time, so you just get glimpses into their racing train of thought is super well done!!
On top of all of that I have to say the art is really the highlight, it's so cute and fits the game so well, and the character designs I've seen so far were really interesting!!! Looking forward to jumping back into it to do the other routes later!!
