A bit confusing at first, but it's pretty neat once you get the hang of it!

I think the mechanics are fine, but the presentation of it could maybe be a little more intuitive. Needs more feedback for how strong your spin is, where it's going and such. The reverse spin mechanic should maybe have some clear indication of what it's doing so the text description at the start isn't necessary. Not entirely sure about the other things because it was hard to pay attention to everything hitting the ship without looking away from the shield. Maybe the shield could be a tad closer to the ship?

It's a nice spin on the theme, I like it.

I really have troubles with 'tutorial', prob. it should have been just a static screen witj only ship+shield+hud to let player spin and understand how the spinning affects acceleration and shield effectiveness
One of the main idea was just let player focus on shield color and animations and get rid of HUD at all, but it will require a bit more "visual testing"
