With this treasure, I summon my review.
I really like the concept, and the idea was super creative. I don't think the player adapts fast enough though, I would drain the bosses health bar oftentimes before the adaptation bars even reached 15%.
Maybe to incentivize adaptation, you could make it so nearly dodging the attack would fill your bar more, and reaching a certain adaptation level gives you some resistance so you could tank a hit or two from that specific attack, because I didn't feel like I was interacting with that feature.
I actually really love this concept though, I hope you do something with this in the future.
