Great idea, the game is enjoyable first 5-10 minutes. Various enemy counters and blade patterns adds good decision making to the game, but swords that I used was not rewarding at all, I used siphons sword and archangel blade or something, first one supposed to have vampirism, but it healed like 1hp and did small damage, the second says in the description "hard to use", and yes, it is hard to use, but it is really boring as well, when using it, player need to wait full wheel spin, because it pattern was at the very end, so 90% of time playing with this sword I was AFK.
The default beginner's sword was the best one, it deal damage, it have wide green field, so I was not waiting with it.(except for slimes, slime is the most boring enemy, it not giving player any challenge, but consumes time, I think you should have removed it from enemy pool after tutorial).
My favorite enemies are Skeleton and Green girl, their counters made gaps in green zones of beginner's sword, so I needed to time it nicely, and in case with Skeleton I could possible hit it 4 or 6 times per one wheel spin, so with combo damage I could one shot it in one turn!!! It was the best part of the game - hard timing, no waiting, stacking combo and feeling damage of my weapon. So in your future gamedsign try to make enemies like this skeleton, not like slime.
I played like 5 or 10 minutes in your game, I beat yellow fire knight, or who was it, and then I quit game, because I was getting bored.
Good job, don't get mad with my harsh criticism, game is nice overall, although it had boring moments.
P.S. sorry for quitting game and not beating it. Oh, and btw buffs after each fight is fun and they add interest in gameplay.
