I dont know it if was my controls, but after spinning like crazy and doing 360s, I never could fire the weapon... shame as the visuals and idea are crazy good!!! Let me know if this gets fixed so I can try again :)
Just guessing, but have you tried jumping of the tower and then 360ing? You can't shoot while grounded.
