This was fun! Although i was confused as to what to do after the valve was turned. i waited for a whole minute and nothing happened. I loved the dialogue system and the main menu. Overall a very serious game.
If you didn't get past the valve bit, it might not have been turned far enough, as it can be hard to see if it's fully turned or not. It could also have been a weird bug, I have been prone to those.
