Fun idea! I like how you spin media instead of something physical. My biggest gripes are that there aren't that many different stories to spin and that some negative news seems to shift in how beneficial it is. Overall, quite cool!

I could see this game being on mobile devices, as it only needs one type of input, but I don't find it too fun. It doesn't feel that good to pop a balloon, and the game feels a bit rough around the edges. I also can't see how it fits into the theme at all, as nothing is spinning. Overall, could be a fun time-waster on mobile if some game juice is added, but for now it doesn't feel that fun.

I like the style of the game! Even though the pixel art looks a bit rough, it's weirdly endearing, and I like the vibe quite a bit! I don't really know what to do, though. There isn't anything in the playable area, and I can't jump over nor spin through the invisible walls on either side.

Thanks for the review!

If you didn't get past the valve bit, it might not have been turned far enough, as it can be hard to see if it's fully turned or not. It could also have been a weird bug, I have been prone to those.

Good luck with your game!

The game is based upon a cool idea, and it has the possiblity of something that could be fun, but the game doesn't feel finished. The UI isn't very informative, and the character doesn't feel that fun to control. Bullets can just stay in one spot, and it doesn't feel like I have much control over if I get hit or not.

Pretty fun! I like the resident evil-style camera, and how you sometimes have to search through the camera's to find a specific one. The gameplay is pretty self-explanatory, which makes it really easy to get into. One level has a fixed camera and no clear goals, which lead to me struggling, especially because there was a bit that I couldn't see that I needed to pass through. Overall, quite fun, and I like the little white spinny thing! It looks very silly!

I like the idea of flinging a flail around, but the game didn't feel like it did what I wanted it to. Sometimes the flail would lose all it's momentum at once, and sometimes it wouldn't gain speed at all. When I could spin it around, it was quite fun, and I enjoyed how fast it would go! Adding screenshake when you hit pretty much anything would probably help out a ton, and adding that onto the fun-ness that already exists with hitting things would make the game a whole lot better!

Easily a five star on the audio design.

Good luck with any future games you make!

So far, this was pretty fun! I haven't played many games from the 90s, but it seems to have the vibes!

I liked how the time mechanic works, and it's quite figure out how to get past a long gap or onto another platform. It is also (though probably unintended) quite fun to use vertical platforms to fling yourself onto the top of the walls.

I did get stuck in the second level for a bit, as I didn't know how to cross the gap between the second horizontal platform and the solid ground. I did eventually figure it out, but maybe the tutorial could have had a line of dialogue that talks about how speeding up time affects your momentum?

I also am not quite sure how to finish the second level, as I can't find the file I need to progress, though if it's the last level, that's fair.

Overall, a solid game that I would play more of if I could! The vibe and atmosphere is well done, and I like how the time mechanic is implemented, and how you don't have to wait around for platforms to complete their cycles. 3D can be hard to work with, and this is great for something done in a week!

Good luck with the jam!
