Really helpful, thank you — especially the specifics.  1. That's exactly the angle I'm going for — the enemies, bosses and bits of lore    are pulled straight from Slavic folklore (Leszy, Wij, Południca, Utopiec...). 2. Good catch on the cobblestone — yeah, some of the environment assets are rough    and I'll rework them. The atmosphere is the part I most want to nail. 3. Working on it — a demo that gets the core loop across is the next milestone. 4. Appreciate you saying it straight. The AI question is real and I'd rather know    where people stand than guess.
