Hi, I played your game and I have some notes:

- firstly the artstyle is nice and pleasant to look at, though things like hits, getting hit, and enemy kills + your special spin2win explosion should have some more juice to them

- I was able to walk off the bottom of the map

- I couldn't tell what I'm supposed to do after a while, just standing still enemies stopped coming. I walked around and found a door but couldn't go through it. If the idea is to have endless waves ala Vampire Survivors, I recommend adding score and increasing the frequency of enemies + making sure they're either always coming at you or you have some indicator of which direction to move to find more enemies. I saw that the door opens after you defeat enough enemies so you definitely need an arrow or something pointing toward whatever enemies are left.

- Personally think you should extend the reach of the sword swing, and make it something you can hold down and attack constantly rather than tapping spacebar. This way the gameplay becomes more about dodging incoming enemy hordes and positioning.

Good luck and good work!

I made a puzzle game for the jam - if you have the time check it out! https://ermine-life.itch.io/roll-playing-machine

Man, this is pure gameplay gold! It totally broke my brain at first, to be honest, but the concept is super cool. By the way, here is my game if you're interested:  Limbswich by Alexey Nazariev

This is good stuff man, you're very skilled. Unfortunately don't have the time to give it a full playthrough but first impressions are great and as a fellow lover of bullet hell I'm intrigued ^_^ Will give you a follow and check it out soon. Thanks for checking out mine!

Thank you! It’s so awesome to hear such kind and positive words, it really motivates me to keep working on the project! No worries at all about not finishing the game. If you don't feel like playing through, you can just check out the trailer!

To be honest, I mostly wanted to flex my art and music skills rather than make a super complex gameplay loop, though I still think it turned out pretty fun and engaging!

I can't wait to play your game during the voting period, I'm absolutely giving it a 10/10!

tysm :)

Thanks for the feedback! I was trying to upload a patch yesterday, but unfortunately my project files got deleted so I can't edit anything anymore, so I'm afraid I won't be able to fix it :(

However, maybe I'll remake my game one day, and I'll definitely keep your tips in mind! I also playtested your game too, and it's really good!
