Wow this is awesome! I can't believe you made a level editor too! It definitely took me way too long to realize there was text at the top explaining the requirements. It then took me even longer to notice that there was a clockwise and counterclockwise requirement too. I'm probably just blind or something lol. I did notice that exiting full screen does weird things to the game if you make it full screen again.
The text starts doing this and all music stops playing but I can still the gear spinning sound. This is a really fun puzzle game and that transition is so good.

This is amazing though, I love it!
I love the concept and mechanical execution. Very intelligently designed and scalable idea. Unfortunately don't have the time today to play through a bunch of levels but it'll be on my list for the voting period!
