1. The Raid mons are generated when you save before entering the den. Loading that save will not reset the roll, but healing at a pokemon center will.
2. Yeah, nothing is shiny locked!
3. Could go several ways with this one, and I honestly can't list them all... But my money is on Nidoking, Lycanroc, and Galarian Darmanitan.
