Just finished UMBRA today. I collected all parts of the ship and escaped the planet but it seems that ending wasn't 100% happy. Was it intentional or did I miss something?
I'm afraid you must have missed a hidden ship part somewhere, because you got the "semi-good" ending. If you collect more than 4 parts but fewer than 6, this is the ending you'll get.
To unlock the good ending, you need to find all 6 ship parts.
Give it another try and let me know how it goes. One of the parts is quite well hidden... hehe. Good luck, Space Knight!
OK, I managed to collect all 6 parts. By the way - the last riddle is not logical in my opinion.
"The sum of two equal stones is 20, the difference between the largest and the smallest is 4." I think that correct answer is "10, 6, 10" (sum of two equal is 10+10=20, the difference between the largest and the smallest is 10-6=4) but program accepts "12, 8, 8" as a good answer.
There is also a bug in the arcade room. After
Attempt to open the lock I get a key. But later option Attempt to open the lock can be chosen again and this time I get a key too but game ends with game over.
Thank you very much for playing UMBRA and for taking the time to share your thoughts.
I really appreciate your detailed feedback and your comments about the last riddle and the arcade room. Feedback like this is always valuable, and it's great to hear from people who take the time to explore every part of the game.
Thanks again for your support, and I'm glad you managed to collect all six parts!
