Let's test without other plugins. Keep only Smart Bubble ON. Is there any issue occurs at all?

If all issue happens when you enable Visu then it isn't due to Smart Bubble and you shouldn't enable 2 plugins that modify the same stuff together (message).

Hello , I disabled Visu stella and now it works! I have 1 more problem. The name plates are showing incorrect names. Or sometimes they don't show the name of the speaker at all. I need instructions on how to get the correct names for the speakers because I'm having trouble.

The easiest way is to write to your namebox the name you want to show, and make sure there's an event with the same name so the bubble is showing on the correct speaker. There are other usages that written in the description of the plugin. If they're written in a way that isn't understandable to you, do give me a word and share me how you setup your talking event.
