Oddity:
The only item you can use on any ingame character! No matter in which palce or situation they are!
+ You get a full list of all ingame characters!
You can acquire it in the Underground Facility, quite expensive but once you have it, it is almost too easy to use.

The list obv can get quite long.
Could it maybe use some sorting mechanic or beautification (?)
Or a redesign of how the Re-Sequencer works and looks (?)
Or is it just fine as an rly odd device that somehow works magical-metaphysical?
