If I can tell on something, as somebody on a more healthy shape.
On salads, to put a known example, instead of leaving them just being plain lettuce and veggies, try to be more variable, add stuff like steamed/oven cooked meats or fish, you can add dried fruits in there, a bit of cheese, some nuts also help. You can use olive oil or almodena vinegar, or make your own yogurt sauce too, it makes it taste amazingly.
You can also wrap it on a tortilla and turn it into a wrap. Ten times more exquisite.
That's just one example of how I do it, but, there's a lot of ways you can do a healthy diet
As long as it is, balanced, you eat a variety of food, lots of water, use the stairs or walk every day, it can be healthy. It also depends of what you do on daily.
And hey, it doesn't mean you can't eat any snacks ever again to stay healthy. But always better if you learn to make your own, it's going to be fun, trust me.
