I ran this game with some friends, and we had a great time :-D

I loved all the event systems and how they create a very open experience.

that’s so nice to hear :) I’m curious which events and narrative threads in the adventure your group ended up interacting with most. I put a lot in there, and my playtest group ended up focused in a lot on the Mina Harper/Time Traveler thing, but I’ve wondered how it goes for other tables.

I had four chaotic players in my group. Three of them headed to the crypts quite early and didn't really meet Mina and the Traveler until right before the final confrontation. The other player actually met Mina and the Traveler around the middle of the adventure and stuck with them while exploring more parts of the hotel (which sounds quite reasonable haha).

They didn't interact a lot with the hotel staff, but I think I could have managed that part better.

We all really liked the setting and the timed events. A friend prepared garlic bread, beetroot juice, and muffins oozing red jello <3

Sounds like a good time still. And it’s honestly hard managing the number of NPCs in there. Even having written it I only had the bandwidth to be active with like half of them when I was running it.
