had a cool idea, not sure if it’s already a certification but it’d be cool to get your realtor license and as you fatten up the town you can buy apartments and houses to fix them up into fitting fatter people and then sell them for profit. Or you could probably just fix them up regularly beforehand but where is the fun in that!
