All swap stamps seem to be in logic from the start of the game. That's a lot of points needed to buy them all. Also, upon buying them I don't think they're sending checks consistently. Unless I'm missing something.
I also experienced the latter problem; I got checks for the first 9 wipe stamps I bought, but none of the ones after that sent checks.
