Unfortunately, I don't think I can answer that question. I don't know if RPG Maker MV has any Terms of Service in of itself (RPG Maker MV being the engine this game is made in, as stated by the developer in this thread: https://itch.io/t/4058442/what-engine). I also don't know if the developer checks this FAQ thread. Sorry.

I guess there should be no problem streaming gameplay. But if you want to be extra super careful, you might want to turn music volume to 0, I don't know if the music is copyright-friendly.
