I'm on the web version, and I can't figure out how to change my active skill. I accidentally got to the page where I can select skills at one point, but I don't know how I did it.
To change your active skill, you should be able to click on another unlocked activity. New update launching soon though so if this is a stability issue, perhaps this will help. There is also better nav UI coming in the next update so that might help too in a roundabout way.
