Is it supposed to make two folders on Android? There's the one with both the saves and game folders, then there's one with just the saves folder.

That's a backup/sync folder! It automatically syncs your saves between versions.
I suspected something along those lines, just not used to seeing it in a separate location. XD Wanted to be sure in case it was an error though.
