¡Hola Tgjm!

Las únicas opciones de idioma para AHITR actualmente son inglés y ruso. Había una traducción al español hecha por fans, pero no se ha actualizado en años, así que se supone que está abandonada.

Nos gustaría tener algunas opciones de idioma en el juego, pero la localización no es una prioridad ahora mismo. Sin embargo, si la implementáramos, lo sería con traducciones automáticas.

This might be a corrupted download/installation. I'd recommend downloading and retrying. And maybe doing a fresh install of everything if it fails.

I'd make sure to back any saves in "ahitr_storage" before hand.

To update to a newer version, all you have to do is drop the .rpa in the "game" folder and delete the previous.

So there's 2 main save locations on PC. The game folder (AHITR\Game\Saves) and appdata (AppData\Roaming\RenPy\AHouseintheRift)

Make sure to delete saves in both of these locations and any Sync folder within these too, and it should delete any unwanted saves!

I'd recommend an entire fresh install (deleting AHITR folder) and follow these steps: https://rift.ink/3PADL3p

The save should work, I've tested on my end on both PC and Android, so hopefully a fresh install sorts this for you.

"ahitr_storage" is the correct location. As for the save, when you say extract do you mean just download?

Cause you just need to only download the save and move it to Ahitr_storage, no extracting.

I'm not exactly sure what's going on in the back end of your PC, but I'd double check install paths and such just to confirm. You also could try manually downloading the game and putting it in place yourself to see if there's something going on.

Alternatively, you could snag downloads from our Patreon. We have a few mirror options there. (You'll need a Patreon account but it's free to make if you don't have one already).

Also just as a heads up, any external site that hosts AHITR that's not directly uploaded or maintained by us, is of course unofficial and we can't assist with any bugs or save issues if they arise. This includes web browser versions. Saves are also not compatible either.

Hopefully you can pinpoint the issue with the space being taken up on your C drive though!

What version of the game are you trying to load the save on? 8.0.4 dropped today, I'd recommend downloading that if you haven't already and try loading the save again.

Saves will carry over automatically so you can resume exactly where you left off.

In the off chance they don't, you can find your saves in AHITR - Game - Saves.

You can! You'll find your saves in "ahitr_storage" and they'll look something like "1-1-LT1.save"

Transfer that save to your PC (Either by cloud storage or usb) and place the save in the AHITR saves folder (AHouseInTheRift\game\saves)

Saves carry over automatically, all you have to do is load up the new version and your saves should sync over.

You can make a manual backup if you'd like by going to where AHITR is > Game > Saves. (And then placing them in the new location).

The main story of AHITR is still on going right now! Each character has their own story too, on top of a bunch of side content.

If you were to hop in right now (and an average reading speed) you're looking at around 30-35 hours of content.

Completely understandable if you'd prefer waiting until everything is rounded off. Right now 8.0.6 is its Alpha phase over on Patreon. Our release schedule is the following:

The Alpha build of a new version is released at the start of each month. About a week later the Beta build is released. Then after another week the Early Access version is released. Then about a month later this version goes free and public. This is our Patreon schedule, it lands here on Itch a bit later due to how adult games are now handled here.
