Ohh, thanks ;) and he even mentions it's made from the red giant mushrooms. Probably happened because I was just on the mission to find out what the glowshroom stew is actually useful for, as it's clearly not meant to be eaten.
Glowshroom stew gives fuel to your lantern when you eat it and a small amount of energy back. So if your going away far you could make some to recover fuel without an igni, probably more relevant with later areas I haven't added yet
