This is not how I intended for the sticker to be played but I like it. It will be changed in the next patch.
Ah, it was only intended to be the recipient of "adjacent allies" effects? That would explain why it's so cheap!
Haha yes that's how I originally planned it but didn't account for the text to make perfect sense for the providers as well :)
