It looks like the [Latex Stripped Panties] don't count as "latex underwear".
(btw, you probably want "Striped" instead of "Stripped" in the various item names; typically, an article of clothing being stripped would mean that it's taken off.)
Latex underwear only counts from one specific item, for the moment. I’ll see if I can change that. The other one is a typo, indeed.
