hello, so I logged into my itchio account, with factor authentication code too. I wanted to congratulate someone who released a new game and for some reasons. I got a message that I can´t post since i´ve an restriction. i even activated 2FA.  What did I do wrong any ideas ?

Apart from knowlege that you are not alone with this, I believe the common explanation is, that Itch installed a very agressive spam filter that might get triggered for all sorts of things. They are still fine tuning it for less false positives.

It struck me when Itch was incompletely down a short time ago. And on the public community no less. Typically people get blocked from game comments and can still post on itch community. Well, at least on itch community, there is dedicated moderators.

The first moderator on a game page is the developer, and when and if they have pending posts to be moderated is very hidden.
