There are invisible walls to prevent moving in certain directions. Rubbing against one might be the issue. You can show them in the pause menu. What browser are you using?
Maybe, but only the console has collisions. You can't use the platform while there are enemies, maybe one spawned out of bounds. If killing all enemies through the menu does not work, maybe downloading will?
