Nice gameplay idea with a map and points of interest, giving a strong vibe and atmosphere. The main difficulty is that early combat feels quite punishing, especially when multiple enemies spawn at once while you still have no power. Maybe adding some kind of progression or XP gain on death could help, so players don’t always restart from scratch? Well done overall :)

Thanks for your kind comment, yes the xp is awarded directly after defeating a monster and their spells are learned even after escaping! you can save the game at the inn to keep your progression between sessions! from my playtest, the biggest encounter can be beaten on level 3 with a least one big potion and with armor crack and rejuvenate learned… but I made the game and playtested it a lot so maybe I’m blinded of knowing too much of the internal system.
