Help i completed till end of chapter, no side quests, and my app is updated but the stores are locked even the boutique to buy rosettes dress, i cannot access the wardrobe either to dress rosettr with the dresses i biught from tailor shop, cannot see any vendors selling dresses or cant find reina in the whole town
