Yes that's right. Once I reach version 1.0 soon, I will consider this game project done, and move on to the next project. At that point, I will only make small bugfix/QoL patches and releases yes, but no major new content is planned after that.

It will become a premium product, so yes paid. It will be 10 dollars for the final version, and also will have frequent discounts here and on steam.
