It's there, just being worked on from what I can conclude with what the creator last said about the endosoma mode.
Edit: Clarification, the option for it is there, but it isn't coded in yet

Also, if devlopment is taking this long, that's fine, it means the playerbase will be eating well, and no doubt you will too, as I don't doubt you'll play your own game too.
