I think a found a bug/softlock.
I accidentally got the pyramid water early and I think it locked me out of completing Alynn's quest.
Not a softlock! I thought I got stuck myself, but you have to bring Bell to the Bathhouse Temple, then the option to give her the Life Water becomes available.
It won't lock you out! You'll just miss some dialogue with him.
