Yes all the features are there, but in order to edit any existing pending bundle you will have to reset participation to have access to the new split sliders and to enable the “prune” setting for the bundle.

Note that if a bundle has already been published previously it’s not possible to prune it, so you can’t use the tools to edit a bundle that has already been live.
