I wanna be able to fatten up (or be fattened up by) the woman who's described to be wearing a pink suit. The one who comes to take a lady from the care home to the Dizzy's facility.
It's my headcanon that she and the sadistic feeder that you meet if you fatten yourself into the Dizzy's facility without a feeder is actually the same person.
If nothing else, that would be a way to add that sadistic feeder personality into the rest of the game rather than having it only appear in that one niche scenario.
