It is in fact a shit ton of code, and most of which is too complex and deep rooted for me to understand. This same reasoning applies to why I haven't fixed saves yet, it's like trying to pull an adult tooth. Sure, you could do it, but it won't be easy.
Edit: Save files have been fixed, and the fix was stupidly easy.
