This does not affect gameplay. Available for female characters fighting male or futa enemies, or for other characters fighting female enemies. A pregnancy animation is available for every female enemy. A pregnancy skin is available for the female player character.
I've reached one of the quests that requires cumming in or being cummed in. 1st one appears at HR5. If this can't be unlocked through regular playing then it won't be done.
