I wouldn't. But there are plenty other resources you can use. Look for stuff like royalty free, cc0 or cc atribution or anything else similar, but using copyrighted music is risky.
not being good at music is not a excuse for using copyrighted music , if some one streams your game or makes a video on youtube about it they could get copyright strike on there channel
As much as I hate IP law It's illegal regarding of the jam's rules ( and to be fair directly stealing assets is theoretically what it's trying to prevent and I wish was the only thing it did)
