Just to confirm: does access through the $5 Patreon tier include the same commercial-use license as purchasing the packs here on itch.io, including use in commercially released games?
The value is incredibly generous, so I want to make absolutely sure I’m understanding the licensing correctly before using any of the assets in a project. Thank you!
Hi there! The $5 patreon tier does indeed have the same commercial license ^^ You keep this, even if you have to unsubscribe down the road - as long as you were at that tier when you downloaded the sets.
The advantage to itch is everything in less downloads (patreon is smaller monthly releases over the years.) and not having to interface with patreon. But otherwise, patreon is the best deal.
