OHRRRPGCE is a lot more flexible (it's scripting language can do anything) and easier to work with (it has built in graphic and animation editors). Also, the people that develop it are cool as hell.


RPG Maker benefits from using Javascript instead of a proprietary language. Also, the ability to set the output screen resolution to whatever you want is nice. It also supports creating builds for the web and Mac. There lots of pre-existing tools and plug-ins you can use.


It's a toss-up. OHR is way more fun to use, though!

My biggest issue with ohr is the character limits on the items, descriptions etc and the fact that text boxes can only have two choices attached to them out of the box! Anyways, the game is sweet :)
