This was amazing! I love the humor and the pixel art is so quirky and fun! I wish I could just click through the text instead of using space for consistency, but thats just a minor thing I noticed. Overall its really great! There were a couple of buggy/laggy bits (during the fluid sim for example it lagged a bit for me) and I did run into an issue though where the game froze / locked up on me after the second time visiting the shop (transitioning to the zombie fight?) here is the console log:
Overall a fantastic entry though! Really well made with lots of character, whit and lemon flavored love poured into it! haha. Great job!
ETA: Oh and the music is fantastic! Really awesome job on that! I really loved the voice work! haha. "And this one is for all the lemonade makers out there" was chefs kiss. haha. Awesome work! :)
Thanks for checking it out! I'll definitely look into that bug though, it's a quick fix I just missed it lol. The music also was mixture of new and old stuff I've written over the year. I'm not the greatest at optimization but maybe try another run IDK how consistent the bug is
While the whole zombie shooting phase is fun, I don't think it contributes much to the theme of the jam. There's enough depth in expanding your lemonade empire buying more ingredients each round. Shooting zombies makes sense for the game title though, it just seems out of place for a coolmath game.
Mann I really loved this game, it's one of the most fun. I loved the idea and the lemonade-making mechanic is so much fun. Its so cool how the game completely changes at night. That said, I give it a LEMONZZZZ/10 :D
