Don't sweat it, these are 100% safe as CC0. The first link is some random vietnamese guy whom created a collection for sharing, while the second link is a random Sims 3 user profile without any other info.
The original source was already public domain (potentially from ~20 years ago), but was scattered over many packages that were tedious as hell to download individually. This package I made here did all the hard work of doing that nonsense and combined them all and curated them for sake of convenience.
