I thought that too, BUT when you "give" a crystal to Beth, it doesn't take it out of your inventory. Probably a developer oversight, but I like to think there's gonna more content with the crystals. Maybe 3 because there are three body parts you can get hyper? We know mega cock already exists, you just can't get it permanently.
