Account-wide Indexing Hold Clearance Request - Ticket #373686

Hello itch.io Staff,

I am posting to request a manual review of my main creator account (shaunakokhde). My new game "The Roastery" (itch.io) and my browser tool "Gerrymandering Simulator (M x N)" are completely missing from the public search index.

I realized my account was likely flagged because I originally listed three separate project pages for different grid sizes of my simulator. I have fully resolved this layout issue by setting the 5x5 and 7x5 variants to "Unlisted" so that only the master version targets the public index.

I have also updated The Roastery with a cover image, screenshots, and tags to fully comply with the site's quality guidelines.

I have already submitted a support ticket from my registered email. My Ticket ID is 373686. Could a moderator please look over my profile and manually clear my active projects for public search?

I’ve let our admins know about your ticket, but you don’t even have a game called The Roastery on your account.

I'm extremely sorry for the inconvenience caused. I actually changed the name because The Roastery sounds like a coffee shop game, while in reality it is something entirely different. It is now How To Make A Toxic Bully Rage-Quit. The URL is still the same. I will change it once it is indexed. Thank you for letting the admins know about my ticket.

Just a warning, if you make change the url after it’s indexed, there’s a chance that it’ll be unindexed again.

Thanks for the warning, I will change it before I request indexing for it! I have currently requested indexing for another project which was posted a few months ago.

I understand that I should have waited for a day after publishing before requested indexing for How To Make A Toxic Bully Rage-Quit. But Gerrymandering Simulator (M x N), the other project mentioned in my clearance request, has been published for several months now. I have made sure that the mini-versions of it will not be indexed. Please consider indexing Gerrymandering Simulator (M x N). Thank you.
