Now, I don't know if I'm just getting unlucky, but the Hangover qust doesn't seem to want to activate. I'm up to Block By Block and am level 23, and I'm waiting the duration of when the random events can play again every time they happen so I can get them sooner.

i have accomplished this. It says complete two quests, with the added ps mentioning there aren’t any yet (at least it says that back in 18.02, if One Hell of a Hangover is one of these quests it’ll likely no longer say that)
i haven’t done Whey To Churdshire (I keep it open up so I can mess around with cow tfs at the village), and Self Maid Mansion (also for that purpose).
