Hi.

I asked because I just finished my game in ren'py 7.5.3 (python 2). So I guess it won't work. I will start my next game in the next few months (need a lot of work before the first release). At that time, I will give ren'py 8.5 a try and will leave a feedback then.

Oh cool. I saw your games. Nice collection. Maybe you could try it nevertheless cause only the translation tool need python3.10.x or higher.. the renpy runtime is not relevant. The only thing, I don't really know ist, if this older Renpy outputs the same tl-File formats... Would be an nice test. 

If you use my tool (free or paid) I would really like to know what you think about it. I created it as a tool for my current Renpy-Project (WIP since 2 years).

Hello, again!

I just gave the free stuff a try to see if it works before making sure I should buy v0.3. But it didn't work. This is an example:

ERROR:Error translating 'That's why I agree to go with her without hesitation.': 'coroutine' object has no attribute 'text'

This is weird because it had text (That's why I agree to go with her without hesitation.) to translate.

is it from the 7.5.x version? I guess the localisation api has been changed. In the screen shots is an example how such a file should look like. Or can you provide me the translation file? I‘m interested to maybe find a major issue that can be fixed easily. Feel free to:)

Yes, it's from my 7.5.3 version. It was like I posted: ERROR:Error translating 'That's why I agree to go with her without hesitation.': 'coroutine' object has no attribute 'text'

And the translated file had "" for the translated place (just like an untranslated file).
