I'm seeing the health issues stuff now. How far do they go? Like, if I don't treat the chronic kidney disease, can it develop into kidney failure and hospitalize me? Can my character die? Or is it essentially just flavor text essentially?
The health issues go no further than the symptoms, being diagnosed by the doctor & then taking medication to keep the symptoms at bay.
Each character can have up to three different issues at any one time and there is a range you can suffer from. Sleep Apnea works a little differently from the others in that you have to buy and use a CPAP machine.
