I’m honestly more surprised others somehow DID manage to have a good experience with this company, because I immediately assumed it was a scam when I saw they didn’t list anywhere where they were based and had a laughable “about us” page, supplied a gmail address rather than their own domain (though I see they changed this in the meantime), and not to mention are creating bootleg merch of other franchises.
Still, I hope that you don’t give up, and that you can turn plushies into reality with a more reliable manufacturer someday!
