so for whatever reason the ariral dropped lost gun event didnt happen on my main save and i really dont want to play on another save for 24 days to transfer it, any way to transfer it or do i have to suffer for a few hours?

if you don't want to start a new save,

you can get it through spawning it in a sandbox save, and  by editing the sandbox game too a story mode game you can post box the gun to your main save.
